USSD is a mobile communications technology system used for communicating between your phone and your fetswallet account (mobile money operator). fetswallet USSD service is available 24/7. It is functional on all types of mobile phones but must be connected to a telecommunications network. The USSD portal can be accessed by dialing *610#.

A. To Register on USSD
- Dial *610#
- Press 1 for self-registration or 0 to go back
- Enter a first name e.g. (John), 1 to go back, or 2 to continue
- Enter the last name e.g. Kan, 1 to go back or 2 to continue
- Enter Mothers maiden name. 1 to go back or 2 to continue
- View page, Enter 1 to edit your details or 2 to continue
- Enter 1 to agree or 2 to disagree
- You will get your pin as an SMS
B. To Manage the account follow the steps below
- Dial *610#
- Press 1 for fetswallet services
- Press 2 for Airtime top-up
- Press 3 for Bills payment
- Press 4 to Manage account
- Press 5 for IBEDC
