  • Certificate of Incorporation/Business registration
  • Memorandum & Article of Association
  • Board resolution authorizing the organization to offer mobile payment agency services
  • Most recent Tax Clearance
  • Bank statement within the last 6 months prior to application
  • Neatly Completed Form on request

To complete your Individual Agent account registration you are required to submit

  • Details of head office and operational offices/kiosk(s)
  • Two passport size photos
  • Original copy of a utility bill dated within the last 3 months prior to registration
  • Form of identification, e.g. up to date international passport, driver's license or national identity card
  • Corporate applicants: ID for 2 directors or 1 director and the company secretary
  • Individual applicants: 1 proof of face
  • Neatly completed form on request
