NON REFLECTING DEPOSIT

I made a deposit using Rubies deposit to fund my fetswallet, but the money did not drop in my POS, it's still hanging.

I made a deposit but the money did not drop in my pos
I transfered to fund my wallet since 27th August, but am yet to receive the money on my dashboard
